Artistic Production - 4th Art and Culture Biennial of Jaboticabal - SP

I participated in the 4th Jaboticabal Art Biennial as the person responsible for artistic production – which brought together over 70 visual artists with approximately 300 artworks and more than 200 artists in musical performances, workshops, and interventions. The Biennial took place at Estação Cora Coralina from September 6 to 20, but had already been unfolding for months with pre-exhibitions at local events, actions in social assistance centers (CRAS), and public engagement encounters.

One of the highlights was the sensitive installation by artist Taína Guedes, created in collaboration with local women embroiderers, in dialogue with memory, food, and territory. Although Taína was absent from the final performance, the work came to life through a collective banner and an educational video. I also contributed to designing the exhibition layout of the Salon, organizing the logistics of the artworks, and maintaining direct contact with artists from Brazil and abroad, including Germany, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.

The program also featured the continuous performance by artist Graziela and the “Fruta Preta” residency by Evandro Nicolau, which included urban walks, interventions, and active listening to the city. It was an intense and poetic journey, where art and affection were constantly intertwined.
