DISPLACED Exhibition

On Friday, June 28, 2014, starting at 7:00 PM, the opening of the exhibition DESLOCADOS took place, featuring works by students of the course taught by artist Ana Teixeira at Unicamp. Participating artists included Ana Kitamura, Ana Marcondes, Ariana Camargo, Cacau Torres, Daniela Koyama, Gisele Wechio, Jane Eyre, Lais Blanco, Marcus Braga, Maria Paula Bueno, Mariana Moreti, and Rafa Cavalheri.

The DESLOCADOS exhibition explored the theme of displacement and identity within the complexities of contemporary life. Through various forms of artistic expression—including intervention, painting, sculpture, and performance—the artists presented personal and collective reflections and experiences on the subject.

The exhibition remained open until July 12, offering the public the opportunity to immerse themselves in the multifaceted narratives and unique perspectives of these talented artists.
